How would this work with mayors and presidents? What would we do with their towns? If they de rank and got mayor or president again they'd be getting towns for about 80% cheaper than a town 3 application
Obviously it would have to be for ranks like tycoon and ecoleader only...president/mayor/resident have problems, ect. It would probably flood the economy with money, which isn't a good thing. There's not too much I can say about this, but, I have to disagree with it.
Getting a refrund would mean that Andrew makes money from thin air. This will not happen. Tycoon/EcoLeader are money dumps for a reason. If there was a way to strip a rank from you, you would get no refund. As well, other suggestions have been made about stripping ranks/starting over, and they have, essentially, all been denied.
