No, everyone is supposed to be able to drink it but, there is some sort of glitch in this and it does not work. This is the same thing with flint and steel in SG.
The only reason why I disagree with that is because it could allow other users, who don't have the kit/didn't obtain it via another user get the perks for free without any effort. Also, you may not get the full effect of the potion.
The staff could deactivate the splash potion effects to the users who hadn't thrown it. But anyway it's true that the effect may be decreased so they could just fix de bug xD Greetings!
Why splash? that would allow other users to get in on the potion, and be invisible too without any effort in donating.
We have just ruled out the splash potion. You should read the posts, at least the newer ones :3 Greetings!
I never said drinkable. If you kill a spy user that is yet to drink the potion, you are supposed to be able to drink it, but there is some sort of bug that doesn't allow it.
