Minecraft Name: Vanquish12P Suggestion: Automatic /ch afk after two minutes of total inactivity (while online) Reason: Sometimes users go to the forums, or do other things while online and forget to do /ch afk, they get messages from users and the AFK user doesnt know he's receiving messages. +1, but would it cause a lot of lag constant checking to see if someone has moved in the last two minutes?
A few quick questions: If I am chatting but not moving, will it put me in AFK? When I "come back" from voting (for example), will it alert me when I move, that I am in AFK? Will it auto remove the AFK? Will it check to see if I have manually put myself in AFK or not for any of the above actions? Can I override this if I don't want people to know I'm just sitting there?
No, because you're not totally inactive, you're chatting It will auto remove the AFK Yeah, it will check if you've already AFK Yeah that would be cool! You could do /afk auto off or something like that to turn the automatic AFK off
I think it's a great idea I don't really think that it would cause a lot of lag it's not a huge task cheking out if you have been without moving forma x time +1

I was part of the staff in one server, we had this afk sistem and it caused no lag. Anyway there weren't so many players on it. So I can't really say that it wouldn't cause lag. That was the reason why I said think, kuke migth be rigth. Ah, no problem i don't get annoyed easily :3
The reason it would cause lag is because it does checks every time someone moves, this means there will be more checks when there's more people. The lag may not be easily noticeable, but it would affect server performance.
As I said my server was smaller. So you are probably rigth, I didn't take in account that this server is far bigger than mine was :3 It would be fine to have this in the server but as knears said it isn't so important. Anyway my opinion is still +1 unless it cause many lag Greetings!
