@Nessie69 will pay @TJanicki 1m ECD per week for 10 weeks
@TJanicki will transfer the /own to @Nessie69 within 24 hours of completion of all payments.

There will be no late fees. If a payment is over 7 days late, @TJanicki reserves the right to file a complaint.
