Wiki states a balance OF $2.5m ecd will incur tax. you need 2,499,999.99 or less to be safe -
That's not the question that was asked. It was about if Main and Main North get combined for in-game taxes.

They do not get combined. All taxes are seperate for main, mainnorth and forum bank. Meaning you can have less that 2.49 in each of those banks and not get hit by taxes -
