Teleportation Delay in Mining World

    Suggestion:
    - Add an 5 seconds teleportation delay in mining world, it's really annoying when people are just tping out.
    We could still log out but it will be hard to save our life (maybe the other is waiting for you to log back in)

    Reason:
    - This is really annoying when we are about to kill someone and he types /spawn or /home...

    - Not really...
