Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 180,000 EcoDollars to @TexasLowBoost
  
• I will provide @TexasLowBoost with the future town's coordinates and world.
• Post A 7274 -1079, Post B 7274 -880, Post C 7075 -880, Post D 7075 -1079

• @TexasLowBoost will file a President application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named "Banner" and placed at the above location.
  
• @TexasLowBoost will add @xvgwest as a region owner.
  
• @TexasLowBoost will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @xvgwest will become the new owner.
  
• @xvgwest will region a 200 x 100 plot from bedrock to sky and add @TexasLowBoost as owner
• @TexasLowBoost will keep warp rights to place when and where @TexasLowBoost decides.
• @TexasLowBoost will pay @xvgwest 10k per week for 5 weeks starting 1 week after president application approval.
• If the President application is denied for any reason @xvgwest may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @TexasLowBoost will be required to return the 180,000 EcoDollars to @xvgwest within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
