Well, what kind of town hall would you like to have (is it going to look like the old time ones, super modern, etc.)? If we were to build an old times town hall, the supplies may cost 7k, so the project will be worth 10-12k
I'd say either the old timey ( which, looking back, may be cheaper than what I posted above) or a build somewhat similar to the Houston City town hall. I can figure out ways to make cheaper prices after you tell me what genre you want first, please. We can have a more specific price discussion after the build is done and when I have the total cost to make the build listed. But I need to know what you want me to build in order to actually build it.
