Hey! Welcome to Natu_Springs! This thread will have everything about the town, what plots are available, staff, and more! Staff So far, our staff are: Gypsy_CatBrown - Co - Owner _Leebra_ - Real Estate Agent (More on that later) And me, Diamond_Finder34 - Original Owner Ok, so the real estate thing. She makes sure everyone pays for there plots and makes plots for people to build on. If people need help choosing a home, shes there for them! Plots At the moment, we only have 20x20s, 15x15s, and 10x10s. We have prebuilts. if you want to build your own plot, you have to have it specially ordered. We have 2 20x20s, 1 10x10, and 0 15x15s that are built. We have some plots waiting to be built on by certain players. We Are Currently Not Selling Houses Portal We currently do not have a town portal, but you are certainly welcome to donate Rules! (totally forgot lol ) So far our rules are: 1. follow all ecc rules! 2. No Greifing 3. No scamming 4. Do not alter pre-builds unless given perms 5. Do not buy houses to sell for money! Plans We have plans to add Natu_Resorts! Itll be _Leebra_'s town, and itll be a resort (duh, diamond ) itll have hotels for people to rent rooms in, beaches, pools, a mall or two, and ya know, that kind stuff!
We will also have condos in Natu_Resorts that you can either rent or buy. But keep in mind that Natu_Resorts might not come for a bit.
