Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 95 000 EcoDollars, 85 000 for the rank and 10 000 as a gratuity, to @luxuriantspy5 within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• I will provide @luxuriantspy5 with the future town's coordinates and world.

• @luxuriantspy5 will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named azarath2 and placed at the given location.
  
• @luxuriantspy5 will add @SplayTick as a region owner of the new town within 24 hours of the Mayor application's approval.
  
• @luxuriantspy5 will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @SplayTick will become the new owner.
  
• If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @SplayTick may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @luxuriantspy5 will be required to return the 95 000 EcoDollars to @SplayTick within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
