Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 800,000 EcoDollars to @OreoTwinkies.
  
• I will provide @OreoTwinkies with the future town's coordinates and world.

• @OreoTwinkies will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named whatever I tell @OreoTwinkies and placed at the given location.
  
• @OreoTwinkies will add @Wazupbutrcup as a region owner.
  
• @OreoTwinkies will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @Wazupbutrcup will become the new owner.
  
• If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @Wazupbutrcup may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @OreoTwinkies will be required to return the 800,000 EcoDollars to @Wazupbutrcup within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.

Renaming the town btw, so I re-agree to this application. Im not gonna disclose the name to this town unless its to oreotwinkies when they fill out their mayor application.
