Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 2,100,000 EcoDollars to @Dodos1
  
• I will provide @Dodos1 with the future town's coordinates and world.

• @Dodos1 will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named Gondor and placed at the given location.
  
• @Dodos1 will add @Mysticgoli123 as a region owner.
  
• @Dodos1 will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @Mysticgoli123 will become the new owner.
  
• If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @Mysticgoli123 may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @Dodos1 will be required to return the 2,100,000 EcoDollars to @Mysticgoli123 within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
