• I will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately (starting within 24 hours after this contract's approval) after adding the new owner; @TheCravedOne will become the new owner. @TheCravedOne may use this contract as evidence when applying for a town transfer (if necessary).

• @TheCravedOne will transfer 20000 ECD to @FwgQween within 24 hours of the contract's approval.
