Terms of the Contract:

• @Baccuus will add @OtterInAOnesie as a region owner of CrowellFarms1 and CrowellFarms2 on main within 24 hours of this contract being approved.
• @OtterInAOnesie will pay two installments of 85k ECD (170k ECD total), the first installment will be paid within 24 hours of the contract being approved and the second installment will be paid on the December 31,2019. Installments are to be paid at a chest (x:14998 y:64 z:14981) in CrowellFarms1.
• @Baccuus will keep owner status of the town until @OtterInAOnesie is able to apply for president and get the ability to do town transfers. If @OtterInAOnesie does not apply for town transfers by June 1,2020 @Baccuus will keep the 170k and is subject to take back his two towns.
• This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application for both towns should @OtterInAOnesie decide to file the town transfers before 1 June 2020. This contract cannot be used as proof for an official town transfer application for @OtterInAOnesie past the 1 June 2020 deadline.
