Terms of the contract:
@Joseph72006 will add @GAMENIGHT1016 as a listed owner in the region Rebell within 24 hours of this contracts approval on the Main server.
@Joseph72006 will remain the official owner of Rebell until 5x $240,000 ECD payments have been made by @GAMENIGHT1016 via a ChestShop setup at -3017 64 -8362 (/warp dragonborn), payment dates are as follows:
- $240,000 ECD Due on 13/06/25
- $240,000 ECD Due on 20/06/25
- $240,000 ECD Due on 27/06/25
- $240,000 ECD Due on 04/07/25
- $240,000 ECD Due on 11/07/25
If @GAMENIGHT1016 fails to make a payment on the set dates, $20,000 ECD/day late fees will be applied to the next amount owed capping out at +$120,000 per week in late fees on top of the due payments. If @GAMENIGHT1016 backs out their will also be a cancelation fee of $50,000 ECD which will be paid within 7 days. If their is a cancellation @GAMENIGHT1016 will be refunded half of all money paid. Once all 5 payments have been made by @GAMENIGHT1016 he will be able to remove @Joseph72006 from the town Rebell and be able to use this contract as the official agreement to apply for a town transfer.

Hello @Joseph72006 and @GAMENIGHT1016, before I go ahead and approve this contract there are a few changes I would like you to make, they are as follows:
- Lower the cancellation fee cost to a more suitable amount, as late fees are already 50% of the actual payment costs and if @GAMENIGHT1016 feels like he needs to back out he would essentially be paying for another weeks payment. I suggest closer to around $50,000 cancellation fee but that should be agreed upon by both parties before coming to a decision.
- We also need to see a date the cancellation fee would be due (i.e. 14 days after the cancellation of the contract).
- I would like to see a clause (mention of) what would happen to any already made payments if @GAMENIGHT1016 was to in-fact cancel, (i.e. Would GAMENIGHT be refunded the already paid payments?)
- Lastly, because the first payment date has already passed, this will need to be changed for a date in the future. Again this is something you both will need to agree on.
Once the above mentioned changes have been made, we should be able to go ahead and get this approved for you.
