I will add @blazwura97 as a region owner of MaxV on MainNorth (https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/additional-town-application-billy_sastard777.204632) within 24 hours of the contracts approval.

I will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @blazwura97 will become the new owner.

Since this town is a birthday gift to her, there will be no ECD transferred from @blazwura97 to myself; however, I will be sending her the 150,000 ECD so she can file a Town Transfer application.

@blazwura97 may use this contract to file for a town transfer application on the town of MaxV, on MainNorth (/mn).
