• @eyesee3 added me to this town as a new additional listed/original owner in a joint venture for the town of Lancaster.
• Not entirely sure how this works, so if terms of this contract need to be edited, just let me know.

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. I honestly don't know how this works at all. I am presently holding $250,000 ECD of @eyesee3's funds in my balance, and will either transfer them as directed, wait for them to disappear from my balance, or return them to @eyesee3 if this whole proposal doesn't work. @eyesee3 proposed this to me, he is co-mayor of my original Mayor town, and I trust him to be honest. Beyond that, I was not involved in negotiating this deal.

 

This has not yet been approved by staff, but I'm obligated to post once @donkey5k replied .. which he has.
