I will add @SupremelyEquipd as a region owner of Rosebourne in server main. (link to original application for town here) https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application-pyana.190805/#post-1040056 within 24 of this contract being approved.

I will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @SupremelyEquipd will become the new owner.

I am the Official Owner and give my permission for this contract to be used as evidence in a Town Transfer.

No financial compensation needed in exchange for Rosebourne.
