Terms of the contract:

@HighLuna will leave oPriam as "owner" in town "Hit" on main, after @HighLuna 's town transfer application has been approved.

@HighLuna can not remove @oPriam as "owner", and @oPriam agrees to not grief the town under any circumstances.

@oPriam has the right to make any changes to the town. If @HighLuna doesn't like something that @oPriam has done, @oPriam must undo what he has within 48 hours or this contract will be voided.

@HighLuna can not sell the town unless the 'Buyer' Agrees to the terms of this contract (a new contract will be made in this circumstance)


@HighLuna agrees not to mine any of the quartz that is currently the ground for the town. unless @oPriam gives @HighLuna permission first.

If @HighLuna does not comply with these terms, she must agree to the town being transferred back to @oPriam within 48 hours.

if @oPriam does not comply with these terms, he will be removed from owner within 24 hours.

@oPriam and @HighLuna must discuss any PvP-Zones, warp moving and town portals before applying for them.


Inactivity is not a reason to remove any of the parties from owner, unless of course both users are inactive and the town is claimed by a third party.

@oPriam and @HighLuna have the right to add anyone they want as members. Adding owners must be agreed upon by @HighLuna and @oPriam
