The primary terms of this contract have been fulfilled significantly early (as @oxwood2 can confirm), including payment of $1 million ECD well before the deadline of May 21, 2015. Since I completed the payment plan early, I assume that @oxwood2 won't have an objection to doing the transfer now even though the contract technically says "after May 21." It really meant "after @jmichael214 paid all the money."

• What are your future plans with this town:

To link it to Imperium by tunnel (thanks, @Nicit6!), and to the @KMaxwell complex by road (thanks, Kmax!), and then build something spectacular, impractical and pointless in the extreme.

Yes. I am presently the only member of the town, so no other players will be impacted. @oxwood2 removed himself after the last payment was completed.

• Additional information about your town transfer:

As my total expense on the purchase and transfer of this Rising spawntown is $1.25 million, I hope staff will bear with me if any part of this application is incorrect or incomplete. This has been a long time coming.

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. By agreeing to this you are agreeing to abide by and accept the possible consequences of everything listed in this section:

I'm informed by @Nicit6 in-game that we'll need to do a new, clear transfer contract in order to complete this, so I posted one based on the one on the wiki, and the main post is edited to reflect that.
