Complaint:

I loaned this user, @_Cooley_, 120k EcoCityDollars with no interest fees on March 27, 2017, which was to be Due on April 3, 2017. Today is now April 6, but I wanted to give the user more time to see if he returned to ECC in order to fulfill his side of the agreement, which was a 120k payback on April 3, with 2k per day late fees if said User did not give me a warning of him needing more time etc. Ultimately, he has been gone for over 7 days now, and even after I /mailed him in game, and via forums, he has yet to respond.​

Additional Information:

I really do not want this user banned, especially since he is also paying someone on a contract, but I want this to be on record, especially since said User hasnt showed up online for 7 days.​

 

To be honest, Im not 100% sure if I was supposed to edit this in above, (This is my first complaint), But I would Like to add that Negotiating with the User is my main priority right now, and I am willing to revoke all late fees.
