The money was paid back by @ClarinetPhoenix removing it from his account and putting it in mine. Thank you Clar!

 

I would not have cared at all had the player just refunded the amount when I pm and asked him. Even after Clar advised him to give back the money he never did. Clar had to take the money from his account to refund me.

So the main reasons this is even filed is he scammed and refused to give back the money. He did not listen to a mod and an admin.
