For some reason I thought I had made a partial payment, but I am unable to find any evidence of doing so.

Im cool with however long it can take you to get me my 750k. Im not online every single day, so, using a sign would be optimal. You could use the one located in my base from the original agreement on the screenshot in the complaint thread i posted. We just have to work out a time frame.
