OK i'd really REALLY like to appologize for this i would never purposefully scam anyone but my parents have forced me to give up minecraft the other day because my grades are slipping and they want me to focus more. I know I can't prove it but there are several people who can vouch for me that I wouldn't scam. I'm so VERY sorry I really don't know what to do. :/

 

I vouch for bmanvman that he wouldn't scam, when he owed my 100k and knew he couldn't gove it to me cause he had to leave, he gave me his 200x200x2 pump farm which I transferred into a melon farm, he specifically told me he would never scam and didn't want to leave me 100k down

 

@dAtsheepd0e if @bmanvman needs some help, I'm willing to help somewhat with his debt

 

I can vouch for @bmanvman aswell, as I have in the past loaned him a tool, which he did loose. However from that he did pay me 100k or so, for my eff5 pickaxe as that was the deal. He never asked for longer he made sure that he had all the money paid by the allotted time. He was always on the server when I was working as hard as he could to get the money, to ensure this was paid off. I truly believe what @bmanvman has said, and I have know him since I joined ECC, and I can ensure you that he will try his hardest to get the money.
@bmanvman if you need some help paying this off. forum pm me, and i'll also do my best, to raise as much money as possible to help you!

I've discovered the other day Bmanvman is lying. He can play. He plays on another server. The server [mod-edit]. I went on it the other day and he was playing. He CAN play minecraft but he isn't playing ECC.

 

@TheZombieMuffin I too saw him on there, but i personally asked him and he said he's only on minechat cause his pc got taken away from him, don't say things without knowing the full story. Is this correct @bmanvman

 

Also, he's only on for short periods of time. He's maybe on 3 times a day for 5 minutes each time

 

Look, as nobody seems to be putting this into perspective, I'll take the hit and take a warning for my "irrelevant" post.

The user @bmanvman took out a loan from @dAtsheepd0e for $140,000 on the date of November 10th. This relatively small loan was due back on November 22nd, 12 days. The amount of money owed is only $40,000 more than taken out from the person that loaned away the money, a mere two or three hours of mining or farming could result in $40,000. Instead, he has ignored @dAtsheepd0e and simply stolen the money.

To clarify, the user @bmanvman refuses to respond to this thread, as it has been over one week since his last response. His friends are answering for him, and this is unacceptable. At this point, I believe at most he deserves 24 hours to explain himself, and if not he should be banned for loan scamming. His obvious malicious intentions and lack of respect for a fellow ECCer are some of the causes of the substantial drop in ECC player counts. In addition, it is not fair to @dAtsheepd0e that she has waited almost two weeks after the deadline for action to be taken, a new deal made, or even a full response from @bmanvman. Again, this is one of the major causes of the drop in popularity of EcoCityCraft and is something that I do not wish to see.

I implore the staff team to take action so that we can set a precedent and not allow users to simply talk their way out of and ignore their prior commitments.

 

I'll be banning @bmanvman for loan scamming as he has not replied to this thread in considerable time. He will be required to pay this back if he appeals.
