either Harassment or flame baiting, either way we all know that he knows Im banned from TeamSpeak (and im pretty sure everyone on ecc has seen my appeal) and just did this to antagonize/harass me.​

This comment made me feel sad, I know im banned from teamspeak and their was no need to rub it in my face and try to make me feel bad that I cant join, even if I could join he wouldn'tve said something asking me to join because he finds me "Annoying".​
