@washingtonc Do you have any screenshots of the transactions which took place in accordance with the terms of the contract? If so, please upload them to a site such as http://www.imgur.com and link them here.

I'd like to help by saying eandy in fact quit the server roughly a month ago, asking for his current plot in my town (he was a builder when he got it:happy:) to be given to mjbecks (never really happened as the player didn't contact me back) and I suggest looking into eandy's town owners for further investigation for alt accounts. I'm sorry for your Mellon sword loss/money loss. I think a prime factor as to why he quit was because he got the sword, got attempted scammed, then within 24 hours another attempt of scam. He lost motivation for the server, so due to that I find it hard that you will be getting the sword back. I'm sorry I know Mellon swords are worth 2m currently, the best of luck retrieving the sword.:(:cry:

 

When I bought the eff7 I fully intended to pay washingtonc back. However, things started to go downhill when the eff7 broke after my 10 year old brother gained access to my acct. (regardless its still my responsibility). Still I tried to find a way to pay him back by purchasing another eff7 from @Russee89. I mined for about a week until I died in the nether and lost it (stupid me). As @MochoCrap (one of my close ECC friends) said I lost motivation on the server. That doesn't excuse the debt though so I completely deserve whatever punishment I receive.

Also, mjbeck123 is a friend of mine irl and after I lost motivation I gave all my stuff to him and made him the sole owner of our town. He deserves no punishment.

As for @washingtonc and @Russee89 I'm genuinely sorry for what has occurred.

 

My most sincere apologies to all parties involved for the delay caused by my recent inactivity. After hearing @MochoCrap and @eandy1234's statements, I would like to ask @eandy1234, @washingtonc and perhaps @Russee89 to hold parlay and see if they can come to some sort of agreement, and we'll see how we go from there.
