Complaint:

The EFF7 which I sold to @ldw116 was broken, he said it broke. He broke it when he still owed me 1.1m, he hasn't been paying back the payments for 4 weeks now. In the contract it states if broken or lost he'd have to pay me back 1.5m but I'll settle with the remaining amount of 700k+late fees which he was late 2 days so in total of 702k. I've given him chances to pay back the debt but he doesn't want to cooperate, I even warned him about this going on his record but he said "It looks like need to make a complaint."​

Side note: During these last 4 weeks, some days I'd try to contact him because he would be offline 3+ days while still needing to pay me back. I've even offered to change the payment plan but he just decided to default on the debt and here I am trying to get this sorted out. I'm extremely disappointed that it even has to come to a complaint but at the end of the day, I'm just trying to get paid back...​
