@Avowin , it has passed midnight and the user had not paid. Therefore, this is now a breach of contract.
My apologies for this as I'm somewhat away right now and was holding Matrix's money, and was not able to give it to him until around 10 or 11 last night - However your /seen shows you haven't been online since I've given it to him. He should be able to pay you the next time you're both online.
