    Breach of contract, he is using a tool i chipped in and he agreed i have half ownership of as a collateral for jd's loan​

    after this point i do not plan to associate with nej in a business sense further and will be charging him either 1million for repayment or an l1 mhoe and after which i will consider the rod no longer owned any part by me,
    as that was the proof of me helping him buy the goddrop of that day from matrix on
    09/07/2021 at 10:04 am mst.
    However the complaints still valid as he did this behind my back without full ownership of said rod as i had paid with him for said goddrop at his EXCESSIVE request to lessen his financial burden if it was a bad roll in exchange for half ownership if you wish for verification this can also be verified via matrixrep on his logs for goddrop rolls as this was rolled at around 11:30 same day mst while i was at work.    ​

    Hi,
    In the contract it was stated that Cardoril would have 50% equity in the magic items.
    When I made the renting service shop @ "/warp station11" It was stated in the 2nd floor that me (nejcgg) and Cardoril have the right to refuse
    service at any given time. I also bought a free "/magic" for his pickaxe for previous misunderstandings. If you can check the time when the sign
    was placed you can surely do so and check because I made those terms and conditions almost 10 hours before he filed this report.
    I did this to benefit both of us and the capital gained from the renting would be shared 50%-50% with Cardoril
    I did not do this to pay my debt or gain capital without him gaining capital.
    He also took some tools of his choice without even talking to me.
    I want to furtherly negotiate with Cardoril.

    And if it did come down to me owing Jdawger the rod I would give it my prioritization to replace the rod. And I knew it would not come down to that because I have a little under 700,000 ECD in my balance
    right now and I could do a lot of stuff to make 300K more and pay the loan. I knew it would not come
    down to that.

    This particular complaint has nothing to do with the pickaxe nejcgg please only bring in relevant issues to this this was due to you using the rod as collateral without consulting the other owner it has nothing to do with any other tool in the agreement
    nej has given my half of the magic tools at this point in time and this complaint can be locked
