here is all the information i can give you about the scamming of my first eff7 on the server.
My first complaint on him was this one http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/scamming.72930/

Now back to the main point he scammed me out of an eff7 ctoolme out of 100k+ in donations and was not forced to pay back due to his account being compromised now i understand it was hacked but everytime someone says that mods say "your account your responsibility" why was this case different?

I understand if this does not get over ruled but after his recent appeal it would upset me if he got unbanned without having to fix all of his wrongs his account his responsibility, he scammed normal users was not forced to payback then he got hacked again and scammed ex staff and was forced to pay them back it seems biased
