Ok so. I Was there when this all happened. OtterInAOnsie won a game of blackjack at lapkings casino. Noahpvpz_ claimed to never of have Recieved a bet or have hosted otter. And as for the other scams. I have been a witness to. roostermc22 was also another user who got scammed by this player playing blackjack. It's not only until we said we would file a complaint that he paid. @TM_iBeast

 

I also was a witness of him scamming @AceofDiamonds but he did end up paying aceofdiamonds back. just seems like an ongoing issue

 

@NoahPvPz_, please respond to this/these complaints. Anyone else -- including the players who have already posted on this thread -- please do not post again unless you are providing evidence.

What has been provided so far, for the record, is not evidence as that term is defined in this forum.

@AceofDiamonds, within one hour of me warning players not to post on this thread again unless they had evidence, you posted three separate times, including one post where you decided to start asking other players what they thought. Only one of those posts offered any claim of a rule violation. Even that post did not contain evidence, technically, but I'll let that one slide.

OK, I really don't know how many times I have to say this.

DO NOT POST ON THIS THREAD UNLESS YOU HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THIS PLAYER HAS BROKEN A RULE.

This is not a group discussion exercise, or a debate forum. Evidence on a complaint like this would be a screenshot, a video, a thing of some kind that proves that player scammed another player. That you say the player scammed, or that you think the player scammed, or that you say you were scammed, are not evidence. If you do not have evidence, then staff cannot police the internal management of a player casino. When you play at a player casino, you play at your own risk. If you play at a trusted player's casino, you can have a very good experience and a lot of fun. However, even a trusted player sometimes can have a bad employee. When that happens, it is up to the player who owns and runs the casino to take whatever steps he needs to take, to restore the credibility of his game. That may well be necessary here. I don't know whether it is or not, because no one has posted any evidence.

When it comes to staff action against a player, we are limited by our own rules. Staff cannot take action without evidence of a rule violation. I know no one can get on the server tonight, and I know it's frustrating, but everyone needs to chill.

This is the final warning I will post on this thread. Every single post that appears on this thread after this point, that is not either posted by staff or by @NoahPvPz_ WILL be deleted and the player WILL be warned, except as follows:

Thread left open for 24 hours to allow any player who has actual evidence to post the evidence, and ONLY the evidence.
Thread left open for 24 hours to allow @NoahPvPz_ ONLY to respond.
If no evidence is posted within 24 hours, this thread will be locked and the complaint dismissed.

 

K I never scammed either of you guys but I would like to put out I think your doing this because I've won lots of money from you guys. Obviously if I scammed you guys, you would have took screen shots with evidence, so clearly you know I didn't scam you and you are just upset over your loses.

 

Like I said I was just watching and happened to catch this going on. Unfortunately I only got the picture of @AceofDiamonds winning because the agreement was made 5 minutes or so before and noah finally gave Ace a redo and still tried to not payback. Not sure if it helps but its what I have

@AceofDiamonds my intentions are not to scam I guess I just accidentally didn't pay you or something. I apologize for this and you can mail me in-game to receive your bet winnings (assuming you aren't lying because that evidence doesn't prove it was you playing). Also I don't even remember if I did pay you or not so don't be that guy and lie about this because I host so many games and it is easy to deceive me about.

Also Otter I know I didn't do anything like this to you because you other played a couple games.

 

So... @NoahPvPz_ denies scamming and dares the players to produce screenshots ... the player produces a screenshot which doesn't actually prove any scamming ... and @NoahPvPz_ immediately claims "it was an accident," which is obvious nonsense.

@lapkingkn, there may be steps you need to take regarding allowing this player to represent you.
