This user agreed upon a loan and i gave this user $50,000 in game cash and in return i would receive $65,000 in game cash after a week (7 day period). This user has also agreed to pay me back $1,000 in game cash everyday this user was late. I can see when you do /seen NoahPvPz_ it says this user is "Banned" i just wanted to make sure if this user made a ban appeal, this user would make sure to pay back the $65,000 and the amount of days this user was late.Evidence:

As the user is banned, I'll be adding this to his ban reason. Regarding the late fees, they cannot be enforced while the user is banned. Also, as they are open-ended we can't enforce them anyway to avoid the user being 'buried' in debt. Thank you for your complaint.
