    Spamming with caps (I am confused if he is advertising or using caps excessively)​

    Look at the chat (he said the word "YouTube video" before he advertised the video filled with caps)​
    Additional Information:
    I know that this is not allowed to talk with all words covered with caps [or even advertising about the YouTube video (mentioned in Radthorne's chat)], which distracts other users or cause chaos in this server.​

    As you are new, you may not know but Radthorne is a bot, meaning that unless it was intentional and that the user who sent the video intended to spam. In that case, you should resubmit the complaint on the correct user.
