Debt of 330k has been overdue by over 23 days as according to the ban appeal I linked below, nothing has been paid so far to the sign at /warp chillville. I don't want Blaze banned, I just want the money to be paid back asap.​

First off, I legit haven't been online enough to know exactly when you got unbanned. Second, I told you that I would work with you to help you pay the loan back for about 1 year now and that is actually still the case; I filed this complaint because the staff told me to do it to get your attention, not to get you banned. All I wanted to do was have this debt on record in the form of a complaint so that it wouldn't be forgotten again as it has multiple times in the past. I don't expect you to have it paid off today, I just want a concrete schedule that you will stick to in order to pay me back for real this time.

Last time you were unbanned, you had millions of dollars in the form of star tools and ecd that you unreasonably gambled away on SB and lotto claiming that you were "already ahead on your debts". It is perfectly OK to want to have some fun with your money when you are ahead on your debt, but IMO you took it way too far and could have easily paid this debt off at that point in time and still had tons of money leftover. Instead, I watched as you gambled all the money away and I didn't say a word about it to you. I trusted that you were going to pay me back on time, even with the huge bets you were making. I trusted that you would actually be able to manage your money this time around. I was wrong about that, so here I am. I want you to prioritize this debt so that we can just get this done and over with.

 

I shouldn’t have to PM you to remind you about a debt that is overdue by over a year and a half, you should be pming me, not the other way around. I tried the approach of pming you multiple times in the past, it clearly hasn’t worked up to this point, I don’t see why I should continue to do something that keeps failing.

Again, if you had the money all along, why was I not contacted once about it? I’m not trying to get you banned, so please just pay this off ASAP. I am willing to set up a new payment schedule for this debt, but I won’t be giving anywhere near as much time as I did before, given that you claim to already have the means to pay it off.

 

So long as this is ok with the staff team and that @Natelev can pay me back on a schedule we agree on then this is ok. @Natelev what type of payment schedule would you propose?

 

If @Natelev is too busy to pay this loan off, you may take a loan from someone else to pay me back immediately and then owe that person instead @SauceGodTitus

 

Alright so here is the deal we worked out:

@SauceGodTitus will unown and give @Natelev his star rod, and @Natelev will pay me 100k up front at the sign located at /warp chillville, bringing the debt down to 230k total. He will then have 3 weeks starting from when this complaint is locked to pay me back the 230k at the sign located at /warp chillville. Natelev will also pay @SauceGodTitus 70k for the rod within 3 weeks of this complaint being locked. @SauceGodTitus will have his debt to me completely wiped. @SauceGodTitus do you agree to this new contract?
