I'm going to help clear up the confusion in this post right here. @Natelev and I had a discussion a few days ago and every single agreement that we have discussed in this thread up to this point is no longer up to date. I am going to reiterate the agreement that @Natelev and I made below, @SauceGodTitus you will need to accept or deny, there isn't anything about you preferring stuff or what not, that is just creating unnecessary confusion. There is also no reason why you are getting money for the rod up front while I have to take all the debt, if anything, I should be getting all the money up front since I have waited over a year and a half for the money.

@SauceGodTitus will unown and give @Natelev his star rod, and @Natelev will pay me 100k up front at the sign located at /warp chillville within 24 hours of the complaint being locked, bringing the debt down to 230k total. He will then have 3 weeks starting from when this complaint is locked to pay me back the 230k at the sign located at /warp chillville. Natelev will also pay @SauceGodTitus 120k for the rod within 3 weeks of this complaint being locked. @SauceGodTitus will have his debt to me completely wiped. @SauceGodTitus and @Natelev must agree to the final contract stated here. Only then will the complaint be locked.
