    I check every 6 months or so, for this very reason.
    Not sure why I was never tagged or even asked (and no offense to staff, but "It seems that you also have other debts but until they file complaints we will not regard them " is not good enough. The not tagging me/informing me is getting ridiculous), especially as this is the third time he has returned and not paid me.... I feel I have been very accommodating and patient with this user, but my patience is wearing thin after years of me having to keep track of this.    ​

    While I can understand its irritating that this was missed, it was only missed because a complaint was not filed for the missed debt prior to his last appeal, no complaint generally means the debt is "assumed" to be paid. It is the players responsibility to keep track of debt and to file timely complaints. The debt system for appeals is entirely reliant on timely complaints. This goes for anyone who still may or may not be owed by @schloty21

    However, @schloty21 has not bothered to respond here to indicate he has paid or made any response at all, he will take a ban.
