    Alright, since I am a little aware of the situation I will be talking to @scotalot100 about troll-locking and just trolling in general. The lock has been removed, since he is not a member in the town he has no right to have locks in the town without your permission. The fact that someone owes you money is not an excuse to troll or harass them. @scotalot100 will be receiving a stern warning about this type of behavior.
