Complaint:

Basically on July 9 the felon asked for a loan on trade. He needed 25k and we both agreed that he would pay me back 30k in 4 days, July 13. After the date passed, i sent mail to him notifying him i would wait only until July16 before I would actually file a complaint against him. I normally would understand if there were an issue and he couldnt pay, but i recieved no mail or notifications via forums or in game saying why he never paid. Long story, short, he scammed me.​
