    I do not have any screenshots but it is impossible to prove that he did not warn me, therefore any counter argument against it would be pointless.

    Well what proof we would need is that you actually were killed by him due to being tp'd to a pvp zone. Anyone can claim they were killed by such and such a user. We will not act without proof. Please do not try and use fallacies either.
