    In ECC forum, I saw his account when I went to "Ban appeals" section but he had his inappropriate username "wtfhappyman" containing the word "wtf", which is such an offensive language. He must either have his username changed or (otherwise) be banned.​

    This user will not be banned as 'wtf' is not considered offensive language as it is simply an abbreviation. In all honesty it is not very nice that you are going about on the forums attempting to get users banned without having any sort of real reason to this this whatsoever (and if you are going to attempt to get them banned - you should atleast know the rules.

    Thank you for your concern, however here is no rules that have been broken here. We allow abbreviations of words and also the user has been playing here for a long time an nothing has happened, if someone has a inappropriate user name they are banned more or less as soon as they join ECC.
    If you see anyone with a name that breaks the rules please file another complaint.
