    I'm going to be keeping this locked for the following reasons:
    - It now has a permanent stain on its reputation
    - Too complicated
    - I don't believe it deserves to exist at this point

    VoE will no longer continue to do work, any debts it owes will be sorted out as I gain an understanding of the situation.
