It looks like BuyCraft has a bug preventing one of our global commands going through. I've applied the correct package to your account now, as well as have reported the issue to the BuyCraft development team. Thanks for bringing this to my attention .
How does Vip even work? I have never been able to use it. I tried using it after buying my first rank and [VIP] donor tag yet it didn't work. Do i have to buy a special feature for vip channel ?
As long as you are a supporter the VIP channel should work for you. There is no other requirements to be able to join. @andrewkm, @Awesomah seems to be having the same problem as @WickedHobo . We have tested it with other users @LanRooks and it works fine for them.
@Awesomah your account has been fixed. Further more this bug is now fixed and the supporter package (which is the package with VIP channel permissions) will now be correctly applied to all supporters. If anyone has donated and is left with issues joining /ch vip - do let me know and I will fix your account.
