No, absolutely no. Booklet continues to be one of the hardest prestiges and will continue getting harder each Minecraft update (with more items added in each update)
As others have stated, the VMR is definitely challenging enough and continues to get more challenging as Mojang continues to add more content to the game. As always I am up for reviewing specific items and their achievement totals as things are always changing in the game, but this is far too extreme of a change for an already challenging prestige.
