Heart of the sea in shipwrecks​

What are you suggesting:

I'm suggesting to add the heart of the sea item to the shipwreck and ocean ruin chest loot pool, similar to the main server.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

In vanilla the heart of the sea can only be found in buried treasure chests, but since treasure maps are disabled too there is no way to find these buried treasure chests apart from just tearing up every beach in the Minecraft world.​

I won't whine about hacks again but they did make things easier ​
