Remove skeleton skull from rares​

What are you suggesting:

Remove the skeleton skull item from the rare crate and make it require 10 to prestige​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

They now spawn naturally in Ancient Cities and I have found about 5 total across three cities​
