Revamp /booklet GUI​

What are you suggesting:

Revamp the /booklet GUI to have the following commands with actions:

/booklet complete - Shows which items are already completed for the prestige
/booklet incomplete - Shows which items are still incomplete (only when they are "discovered"
/booklet rare - Shows all the rare items​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Finding which items are complete or incomplete with the current GUI is a hassle, to the point where many users (including myself) created Excel documents to try to figure out what items are still needed. By implementing these commands (or really some sort of filtering system for the GUI), it will make it easier to figure out what is still needed, especially when the booklet is 1000+ items (and growing each update)​
