Result: I get the message, You can only place water once every 60 seconds. Use /buyfeature water to upgrade to unlimited water placement! Pretty sure you're not meant to be able to place water in the end as it can be used to auto harvest chorus or something.
Still happening @andrewkm, although you can only place one piece of ice every 60 seconds (even if you have the water feature).
/kit water should never have worked. I made no changes with that. But as long is its unplaceable now we should be good
