Allow us to remove like 0.77 ecocent​

What are you suggesting:

To allow people, or moderators, to remove very small amounts of money from the forum bank (like anything less then an ecocent, which can’t be withdrawn to the server)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It’s very annoying to have 0,0077 ecd in your bank which you cannot remove or withdraw to the server, you also can’t deposit anything less then an ecocent, so you can’t deposit like 0.33 ecocent to get it 1 ecocent in total​
