Weird Lava Glitch

    Brief Description:
    sometimes if i jump into lava the lava decides to not burn me
    Instructions:
    1. Enter MINING world
    2. Jump into lava (outside of spawn area)
    How many times did you recreate this bug?:
    Like 30 times
    Result:
    about half the time i'd get hurt, and half the time i would not.
    Expected Result:
    I expected about 1/2 and 1/2.
    Evidence:

    Same issue as the nether bug. It relates to a teleport and region problem with WorldGuard
