I like to strip mine with a eff5 unb3 fort3 pick or collect leftover resources from eff7 tunnels.

 

Strip mining is pretty effective. Mining with your bare hands is also very efficient.

But no seriously, eff5 unb3 fort3 alternate between 1x2 tunnel, 2x2 tunnel, and diagonal 2x2.

 

How do you fish? Tried it but didn't know what I was doing so went back to mining.

 

I cave. just how i do it. i make good money until i tap out all the caves.

 

Before I got my eff7 I just tunneld in 2 by 1 for ever with a max fort

 

i usually go with someone who has an eff 7, and then i fortune all of the ores they leave behind and we split profits.

 

it depends I usually strip mine with max silk till I find a cave then I go in with max fortune and pick out the cave then go back to strip mining, ravines are fun with fly+ cause I can get to all the minerals up high easily. generally make 5k a hour

 

Dig a 1x2 down to layer 6, be careful, start branch mining.

 

Dig straight down (yolo prot4 ff4 boots) down to y-11 and strip mine at the start of the reset. Made like 12k in an hour and a half yesterday.

 

I usually use iron/diamond tools (because im a noob :dead:) and i usually go caving :thumbsup:

 

rent a eff7 and strip mine for the most of your rented time. Place all ores that you have collected in a chest for now and continue mining. After rent finished. take your fort 3 pick and break all dem' ores. profit.

around 23k-29k per hour if you do this. maybe even more! i suggest renting it for a day at a time as you are more likely to mine the entire time and not procrastinate.
